1. Agreement

By purchasing or using WP Replai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.

2. License

WP Replai is licensed per the terms of your purchase:

• Yearly — one WordPress installation, valid for one year from purchase date
• Lifetime — one WordPress installation, permanent access with lifetime updates

Your license is non-transferable and may not be resold or redistributed.

3. What’s included

Your purchase includes:

• Access to download the plugin
• Plugin updates for the duration of your license period
• Standard email support

4. Refunds

• Yearly plan — full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Lifetime plan — full refund within 60 days of purchase

Refund requests can be submitted from your account page. After the refund window, no refunds are issued.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use WP Replai to send spam, conduct fraud, or violate any applicable law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the plugin
• Share your license key with third parties

6. AI-generated content

WP Replai connects to third-party AI models via OpenRouter. We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated responses on your site. You are responsible for configuring your agent appropriately.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (OpenRouter, Stripe, your hosting provider).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Replai’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or use of the plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
